Tucson Industrial Modern Office Space Conversion

This contemporary workspace on Tucson’s east side embodies the ideal work environment, where employees thrive. With a complete overhaul from a traditional, outdated modular setup dating back to the 1970s, we demolished the interior structure while preserving the exterior walls and steel supports. Collaborating with an interior designer, we reimagined the space to cater to the needs of today’s hybrid and mobile-first workforce. From conceptual design to final construction, this transformation sets the new standard for workplace interaction.

After extensive planning and obtaining necessary city permits, this impressive project spanning almost 10 months truly came to life. Our team of dedicated subcontractors meticulously crafted custom steel and metal structures on-site, showcasing their expertise in the intricate installation of expansive tempered glass windows and doors that now elegantly adorn the office spaces. Additionally, we undertook a complete redesign and reconstruction of the bathrooms and common areas, while incorporating modern touches into the meeting rooms, creating a visitor-friendly lobby, and enhancing the exterior theme to truly exceed expectations.
