Collaborating closely with an exceptionally talented interior designer, we meticulously reimagined and enhanced the living spaces, kitchen, and five exquisitely adorned bedrooms, breathing new life into this architectural gem.

Collaborating closely with the interior designer, we embarked on a transformative journey to reimagine every aspect of the kitchen. From meticulously selecting the perfect cabinets, appliances, and finishes, to striking the delicate balance between modern elegance and the home’s original architectural style, every decision was made with utmost care and attention to detail. The end result is a stunning space that seamlessly blends contemporary aesthetics with the timeless charm that defines this beautiful home.

The extensive renovation spanned approximately six months, encompassing shared living areas as well as all six bathrooms. The upgrades gave the bathrooms a remarkable makeover, with exquisite shower surrounds, polished mirrors, and contemporary fixtures. The outcome is an opulent refined bathing experience that infuses every corner of the house with a touch of sophistication.

To enhance the overall appeal, the exterior of the home and outdoor living spaces underwent a refreshing transformation. The introduction of lush artificial turf, along with the addition of desert native and water resilient plants and trees, created a vibrant and eco-friendly ambiance. Furthermore, the windows and doors were diligently repaired, replaced, and modernized, ensuring both functionality and aesthetics. Adding even more charm and entertainment value, the outdoor gathering spaces and barbecue areas were upgraded with state-of-the-art premium sound systems and brand-new outdoor appliances, transforming them into the perfect settings for memorable gatherings and culinary experiences.
